Terms & Conditions

We can work most weathers but our service can be altered if severe weather dictates.
Payment option is by Cash or Direct Credit - please request bank details when making your booking. We offer accounts to regular clients.
We're sorry but we don't have eftpos or credit card facilities.
The size of the vehicle we can carry is governed by the width of our ramps. 2.2 metres max width and our maximum weight limit of 8 tonne.
All booking times are your departure times from the boat ramps.
Please ensure you arrive at least 10 minutes before your departure time and are ready to board the barge when signalled by the skipper.
Late fees will apply if you are late for your departure time, these are charged on a per minute basis.
